Obtaining the amount of the participation fee and a set of conditions:
Suppliers who have received the set of conditions can pay the participation fee in the amount required to submit compliance documents, tender offer, and tender offer security to the bank account of "Baku Metropolitan" CJSC.
Participation fee: 350 (three hundred and fifty) manats (full and final price).
The participation fee can be paid in manats or the equivalent amount in US dollars, Russian rubles, and euros .

The participation fee is not refundable except in certain cases. In case the procurement is canceled due to the number of suppliers being less than three and no re-procurement is conducted for the same procurement item, the participation fee is refunded upon the suppliers' request. In cases where the number of suppliers is less than three or the financing of the procurement is suspended, if the procurement is canceled and a re-procurement is conducted for the same procurement item as provided for in the procurement plan, the suppliers who paid the participation fee are ensured participation in the procurement without re-payment.
